Into The Abyss I'll Fall

Into the eyes of the night. I'll take albums that consumed your high-school existence for 500 Alex (rip). Along with the first 5 Black Sabbath albums, this is one of those albums that had such a tight chokehold grip on my 14 year old neck and brain. I'm sure It was a building block to help shape my music taste to what it is now so i figured the least i could offer it is a short little blog post on my stupid little website. Rest assured that you'd hear any tune on this album blasting from a shitty little bluetooth speaker at a skate session in Pasadena at any given time of day from 2014-2016. "Aces High", "2 Minutes to Midnight", "Powerslave", "Rime of the Ancient Mariner", i mean like come on man. FLASH OF THE BLADE... Don't even get me started. Then A7X had to go and do a cover as if the only thing i wanted to do already wasn't stupid shit that involved falling down and banging my head and or ruining my knee beyond capacity to the point of constant chronic pain at the age of 23. But yeah the point is, this one is really good lol. Especially if you're just finding this shit for the first time, i envy you. I Strongly recommend Bruce Dickinson's Autobiography "what does this button do". Once you've read so many musician autobiographies they can get kind of repetitive but its definitely not the case with this one. Bruce tells of great stories in this book from his crazy existence just as those stories told written in his lyrics and this book makes for a super intense sword fight and a bumpy battle torn plane ride. ;)
