Just lay in bed, listen to a record and breathe man.

I've now mentioned how much music helps me physically and it has the same effect mentally, which is a topic that I also know I've written about a number of times. But it'll be ok, another repeat blog topic. I just know how much music has contributed to me. Think of me as like a totally-unqualified-virtual music therapist. By totally unqualified I mean I'll probably just give you some good music recommendations or something at best.

Spend some time listening to "Daddy Cool" by Boney M and tell me you don't feel better. Or who won't have their mood brightened by hearing John Cougar Mellencamp say "little Ditty" with no further context. Just picture him saying "Diddy " 😬 Every now and then I think of John Cougar Mellencamp saying "suckin' on a chili dog" and life has meaning again. The other part of the lyric doesn't matter. What a silly guy.

For yet another completely jarring transition of songs, "Way Of The Triune God" by Tyler Childers has a completely undeniable way to let you "feel the spirit movin'". Songs like that are just good at making you close your eyes, sway your head back and forth and sing along. It's one of those songs that leaves a completely uplifting feeling in your chest.

That is my mention of 3 songs that I think are pretty good veebs. Do with that what you will.

veebs = vibes
