OH ME NERVES!

Moosic for your nerves!?
Listening to music won't get rid of your severe nerve damage unfortunately, but it can ease your nerves. Though, I guess it can actually help in a way?
It's not just music therapy, it's music physiotherapy!
Playing an instrument is a great form of physiotherapy. I'm sure I've mentioned this in some form before. Sounding like a broken record? That's ok, the instrument will sound broken too! I like to perform my version of "Will The Circle Be Unbroken" on my banjo, which I know that if there was any question that the circle was unbroken, it definitely sounds broken after that poor excuse of a performance.
But the reason I like to (kind of) play a tune like that one, is because it's more adaptable for my faulty left hand. I try to find some aptly fitting tablature. I have to be a self taught musician because finding a teacher with a similar defective fretting hand would be difficult. But I haven't really tried, I guess you don't know right? IF YOU OFFER THAT KIND OF INSTRUCTION, LET ME KNOW! I've just learned to do things by myself, so scales are pretty out of the question and I'd be a horrible person to jam with!
You want to jam with me?
SOUNDS MORE LIKE I JAMMED ME FINGER IN SOMET'ING I WASN'T S'POSE TO!
