That means I'm 11 years strong đź’Ş

"I'm Still Standing" - Elton John

*But Sitting Frequently*

October 9th marked one year of my book. It was released on my 10 year brain tumour diagnosis anniversary, so that means that i'm 11 years down the road. The volume must be turned up to 11? If a song was the only thing stuck in my head...

Will I be a one-"hit"-wonder? I guess we'll see. đź‘€

Hearing "everything happens for a reason" when you're a 16 year-old diagnosed with brain cancer, kind of makes you want to claw someone's eyes out. But I can see it more now. (maybe they can't see it if their eyes were clawed out) I know that my book has been able to help a lot of people over the span of a year. I hope it continues to do so.

Writing does so much for me, and of course I can't pour from an empty cup. So at the same time that I'm aiming to empty it for someone else's benefit, I'm filling it for myself along the way. "Us And Them" - Pink Floyd

Another year as a medical anomaly.

THE VOICES IN MY HEAD TOLD ME TO WRITE THIS BLOG!

Stay tuned for another book? 🤫
