There actually is none
I guess it's also a kind of music in a way? Because it's not just about watching the self help videos and learning what to do. It's about actually doing it. You become addicted to hearing those wise words, but all you really need is silence.
"The Sounds of Silence" - Simon and Garfunkel seems like a recurring reference.
Sometimes it's about being in nature however you can be. Listening to the wind and seeing the clouds in the sky. Less mental stimulation. Like Bob Dylan was getting at, maybe the answer is blowing in the wind?
"Windy" - The Association
There will never be a perfect day or a perfect moment for it. The best time is now! There isn't a perfect place for it either. Learn to sit (or lay) with it, because the only thing that's guaranteed to be there for you when you fall, is the ground.
For someone with a disability or chronic illness that likely means doing modified poses, there is certainly no perfect way to do it either. When your best thoughts come from the wind blowing through the trees, that doesn't always mean you need to try to improve your body and go do lots of physiotherapy. It means to listen.
