Even if it hurts a little bit now? :(

Not once, twice or three times but four times for a quality ironic measure.

Also ironic that I just did that "Ya Don't Know What Ya Got Till It's Gone" blog recently.

But some musicians have been there with us through thick and thin.

Whether they knew it or not.

That's the power of moosic memories.

I'll write two blogs that are kind of about Ozzy, THERE ARE NO RULES!

But not like an "Ozzy News digest."

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It feels so wrong but it feels so right?

I don't think it was really intended as an album that's supposed to feel that way. When you LISTEN TO VOLUME FOUR, the songs that don't usually leave that kind of mark definitely do now. Even "Supernaut" sounded kinda sad somehow? "Tomorrow's Dream" might be over, or maybe it already happened, "Yesterday's Dream"? But "Changes" is a song that still does a significant somber job, in a new way. "Wish I could go back and change these years." :( The songs that might usually make you want to bang your head (maybe don't do that), likely will put you in your feels now. A go-to for a mood-lift can also do the opposite. Context matters. You're allowed to FEEL!

"Icicles within my brain", while sadder, is still relatable in a completely non-recreational-drug-fuelled context. So is the whole concept of being "Snowblind".

"Under The Sun / Every Day Comes and Goes" is still one of the greatest tunes ever. We'll get back to the good vibes. Just keep listening. Don't avoid it.

I'll still be listening no matter what.

There are plenty of albums that you could use as "Sabbath worship". But any kind of tribute would suffice. Though you certainly can't go wrong with "Vol. 4".

All the Black Sabbath merch you own holds a different meaning now. It's also about to be completely sold out. That's only the start, there's lots of Ozzy solo stuff to get into.

Maybe take this time to listen to the entire Black Sabbath discography or something.

If you're new to the whole Sabbath scene, strap in, you're in for a ride.

Posted on "Sabbath Sunday" 🤘

"Treat your life for what it's worth, and live for every breath", another quote from

"A National Acrobat". (featured on the Sabbath Bloody Sabbath album)
