*Headphones blaring aggressively*

There's a lack thereof again.

"No Man's Woman" - Sinéad O'Connor

The type of music you listen to certainly doesn't make you a man. Listening to a type of music because it'll make you look cool? A metaphor to imply that your abilities don't make you manly or cool either. Is that an actual confidence or a cockiness? If your abilities diminish, it might prove to be a false confidence. Have confidence without success, or actual confidence, not cockiness.

Does manly mean that hating your wife is a personality trait? Imagine choosing to live with someone you despise.

Confident people lift other folks up. Insecurity is shown by feeling like you have to bring someone else down for your own need to show worth. Could someone that you might see as "manly" deal with the things that someone chronically ill/disabled does?

Remember where you came from. INSIDE A WOMAN! So embrace a bit of your femininity. By the way, an Alpha takes care of its pack. Disregard the "nice guys finish last" narrative that might come from a 14 year old in an Instagram comment section. By the way, nice guys that don't set boundaries finish last? Don't drown for people that won't get in the water for you.

If it hasn't become obvious, a brain tumour diagnosis, or dealing with any kind of prolonged chronic illness can bring about many mental health issues. So, know that your illness is a burden on you. You're not a burden because of it.

If anything, I want to be a birden
