So, of course that can be easily related to something else? (minus the streaming service part) So, that means, your chronic illness metaphor is that much like music, it's here today, tomorrow and the day after that. OK? It just might show up in different ways.

I don't think your tunes are like that package that says it's out for delivery today at 10 a.m. that won't actually arrive till after supper or tomorrow. In today's world, you can listen to it whenever and wherever you want? There could also be music in that package that's out for delivery? PLOT TWIST! It's actually a record inside a sturdy bit of cardboard. That's not cheap, I hope you managed to get it on sale!

That means that there could be a physical copy in there, but maybe it's some music that will actually arrive...
