"Self Care" - Mac Miller

I don't really listen to Mac Miller much but that song title is very fitting.

Music = self care

If you compare the two, neither of them can go in one ear and out the other.

They both need to stick. Find the right songs and actually listen to them. "When you're happy you enjoy the music. When you're sad you understand the lyrics." - George Jones or "you don't just play the blues you've gotta live through em' too." - multiple (paraphrased from Jimi quoting it in a Jimi Hendrix book I read awhile ago. Now I'm just quoting my book? READ IT!

I know that it's a topic that I've written about many times before in different reiterations. So, HERE IT IS AGAIN? Yes, it's a very similar idea.

I definitely like to present mostly light-hearted views in writing. As I am a silly bugger. I like shining light on dark topics. But some music is used as "isolation music". Whether that isolation be self-induced or not. "Sad songs say so much" - Elton John. A song that is actually quite joyous to be upfront.

Tip: Life is too short not to wear your nice clothes! It makes you feel good too.

MAKE SELF CARE YOUR LIFESTYLE! (If you can) It shouldn't be something that gets done only on special occasions. That means some tunes in the tub with another additive.
