Guitar Hero 3 moment
I've learned a few tools of the trade. If it wasn't obvious, I've learned to not bang my head to records anymore. That really doesn't help my situation. There's probably no need to do that at any age. But especially someone with a state of affairs going on in their head such as myself; needs to stray away from doing so. Slow or fast.
"Bang Your Head" - Quiet Riot
Someone that is quite slow moving and that doesn't move with much speed doesn't need to listen to speed metal as a metaphor. You're slowing down so the tunes can too. Something slow and sludgy fits a bit better than Mötorhead. Song name: "Mötorhead" from the album "Mötorhead" by Mötorhead. A comparison to the slow guttural riff from Black Sabbath's self titled track on their self titled album would be a good example. What's the rush? (not the band)
"There's no need to rush anything" - Tim Baker
That sounds like advice that I would offer. Now if I would just always take my own advice. (or Tim Baker's)
This somehow unintentionally turned into another self-help analogy. (I don't really know what I was going for in the first place) You should learn to adjust your speed through life just like when listening to speed metal vs slow and sludgy metal.
A bit all over the place? "Who does this guy think he is?"
"Slow ride, take it easy" - Foghat
WOW!
