Music doesn't make you act humble, you must do that yourself

"BE HUMBLE!" - Kendrick Lamar

Being assigned with a chronic illness definitely presents you with a way to be humble. Humble beginnings might put that humble bone in your body too.

HAVE YOU OR A LOVED ONE BEEN RAISED WITH A SILVER SPOON IN THEIR/YOUR MOUTH? Not like the band Spoon, I don't suspect that they've been in your mouth. "The Silver Tongued Devil and I" - Kris Kristofferson might make more sense. Though, the meaning of that might not exemplify being humble, just the silver spoon part. But also be aware that hurt people can hurt people. Someone might not even be fully aware of the pain they're inflicting. It's their job to fix it, just learn to not project that sourness! But also learn to forgive people that have wronged you! It's not serving you to hold on to anything harsh.

Being humble means you offer maturity. Instead of pretending it, you can embody it.

Not ever experiencing hardship would mean you've likely been robbed of true character shaping experiences. Hardships give you a great opportunity to learn. Look at them that way and how much you can learn from them. LIVE IN THE PRESENT!

"I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become" - Carl Jung

*Kendrick Lamar called someone a bitch, I wouldn't do that
