Marcus Aurelius and Chrysippus on the beat

Not like the modern-day version of stoic, like the ancient stoic practices. The difference maker ("D'yer M'aker" - Led Zeppelin) is actually performing those practices and not just watching the YouTube videos or sharing the Instagram posts about them.

So maybe the original music would be like chanting and clicking some rocks or sticks together? Whatever your preference, let some calm sounds shape your rational mind. In ancient Greece there was a Lyre: a handheld plucked string instrument, Kithara: a larger version of the Lyre for concerts or an Aulos: a double-piped instrument played with two reeds using circular breathing. Maybe that's not the same era I'm thinking of? (Google is your friend, sometimes.) Just not always Dr. Google.

That's right, using circular breathing, breath-work for the music and also your brain. Your ancestors did it and you should too. See, those methods have been around for centuries, you don't just have to trust one shirtless extremely-fit-old-guy or a younger cane boi with a blog that acts wise, you can trust thousands of people! I think you can also trust your diaphragm/lungs and stuff? They're helping keep you alive. (Maybe ask Dr. Google)

THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE! It's also inside of you?
