NATURE IS YOUR FRIEND, GO HUG THAT TREE!

"The Trees" - Rush

Some music might include aspects of nature. Like the sound of the wind blowing through the trees. The sounds of waves crashing. (SOUND WAVES?) Or hearing the birds chirp their lovely little tune. Kind of sounds like a playlist to help you get to sleep at night.

"I'd sing along with the birds if I only knew the words" - Billy Strings

Some songs might just remind you of nature. I've recently come across John Frusciante's solo stuff. The older stuff, that you can only find on YouTube, not streaming services. From like 10-18 years ago. Which from consensus sounds like nature and the universe speaking through a guitar or the sounds of rain falling as some YouTubers describe it. Despite what you might think, we're all in this together, and music tends to do that for us.  Especially this kind. just like nature and the universe does for us in bringing us together.

"I Once Was an Ocean" - Shakey Graves

A leading cause of chronic illness is people pleasing and anxious attachment, feeling like you should constantly place the needs of others above your own. You teach people how to treat you and it's better to be respected than liked. You can't pour from an empty cup. Setting boundaries and learning to say no is all a part of nature. Now do it with honesty. What's all around you is BOOTIFUL! Just like music, nature heals.

"Bird Song" - The Grateful Dead

Also,

"A Forest" - The Cure

There’s a name for this sound, but I can’t recall what it is . The sound of the waves pulling the rocks and click clacking them together slightly to create the most beautiful melody as it pulls itself back into the ocean . *** happy sigh ***
